BONNEY FORGE Bolted Bonnet Gate Valve

Features
This Bolted Bonnet Gate Valve is tested according to API 59B. It has outside screw and Yoke (OS&Y) with a self aligning two piece packing gland, spiral-wound gasket (800lb or 1500lb), oval ring joint gasket (1500lb or 2500lb) intergral backseat. The socket weld ends to ASME B16.11. The screwed ends (NPT) to ASME B1.20.1 and the butt welding ends to ASM B16.25

- The carbon steel class 800 has a 1975 psig @ 100°F and a 138 bar + 38°C
- The carbon steel class 1500 has a 3705 psig @ 100°F and a 255 bar + 38°C
- The carbon steel class 2500 has a 6170 psig @ 100°F and a 425 bar + 38°C

The Welded Bonnet Gate Valve is tested according to API 59B. It has outside screw and Yoke (OS&Y) with a self aligning two piece packing gland, intergral backseat, body bonnet weld to ASME IX, socket weld ends to ASM B16.11, screwed ends (NPT) to ASME B1.20.1 and butt welding ends to ASME B16.25
